Here at Latest Homes we have teamed up with top property photographer Fiona Walker-Arnott (www.fwaphotography.com) to offer you the chance of winning a professional photoshoot of your home to help your estate agent market your property in the best possible way.
In addition, the winners will have their property featured, this December, on the front cover and inside Latest Homes magazine, the UK’s most successful local property magazine and first marketing choice for the very best estate agents.
The value of each prize is £1,000 with a total competition value of £3,000 – our biggest prize pot ever!
In it to win it
As they say, you have to be in it to win it. Entering is very simple. All you need to do is go online to www.latesthomes.co.uk/brighton, find your property and email us the link indicating which of the three categories below best describes your home.
All entries will be entered into the competition and the winners decided by a panel of property and marketing professionals including representatives of Latest Homes, Fiona Walker-Arnott and the sustainable lifestyle advocate, writer, architect and interior designer Oliver Heath. All entries must be with us by Monday 12 November 2012.
Be on the cover
A winner will be chosen each week until 1 December 2012. Fiona Walker-Arnott will then arrange to come and carry out a professional photoshoot from which we will select the best image for the cover and supporting editorial. You will also have full use of these images in any future marketing you or your estate do – completely free of charge.
Fiona Walker-Arnott
Fiona is a Sussex based freelance interiors photographer. A specialist in her field, Fiona combines a unique set of skills. Previously a property valuer for a leading London agent she instinctively knows the angles required, coupled with her eye for a great interiors shot she works with high-end residential estate agents, architects, interior designers and property developers to produce beautiful images of homes, maximising their potential.
Published most recently in Real Homes Magazine, The Independent and The Mail on Sunday, Fiona seeks out the creative shots for a slightly different market – interiors magazines – often working with stylists and writers, scouting for lovely homes and creating the perfect feature to satisfy the demanding eye of their editors.

Here are the categories for each of the prizes:
Family homes
Families come in all sizes as do family homes, so this week it’s not about size but what you do with it. From two-up, two-down terraces to contemporary new builds, we’re looking for a property that really says family.
Luxury homes
It could be super cool, super spacious, super minimal, or it might be classical grandeur, all chandeliers and antiques – but what it must say is luxury: a sense of indulgent living and exquisite style. We are looking for the crème de la crème of luxury local homes.
Period charm
From country cottage to déco palace – and anything in between. This is the week for those homes that simply exude history, heritage or something out of the ordinary. Homes whose unique characteristics have been lovingly cared for so that all those much sought-after period features simply sing out and say ‘Buy me!’. We are looking for something really special.
Terms & conditions
• To enter the competition your property
must be on the market with an agent who advertises in Latest Homes magazine.
• All entries must include a link to your property on www.latesthomes.co.uk
• Entries must be with us no later than Monday 12 November 2012.
• By entering the competition you are agreeing that your property may be featured both on the cover and inside Latest Homes magazine.
• Winners will be required to make their home available for photography at an agreed time in November/December 2012.
• Copyright for the photography remains with the photographer but winners will have permission to use the images for promotion of their property and personal purposes
• The decision of the judging panel is final.
