South East chartered property professionals quids in
South East- based chartered property professionals earn, on average, £54,433 per year, £442 more than their unqualified counterparts, according to new research from RICS and Macdonald & Company.
With the average annual earnings in the UK coming in at £27,000 last year*, those operating in the property sector are paid significantly more for the service they provide.
On a national level, the average salary for a chartered property professional registered at £53,047, a premium of over £8,000 on their non-qualified counterparts.
There are many ways to become a chartered property professional with RICS. Many enter the profession via a university degree and some who already work in the industry can also apply for membership.
