Sussex CCC Announce Major New Sponsorship Deal
Sussex County Cricket Club has announced a new sponsorship deal with Jointing Technologies, which will mean their logo will be displayed on the Sharks’ NatWest T20 Blast shirts for at least the next three seasons.
Jointing Technologies supply power cables and accessories and their Managing Director Adam Lloyd is delighted to have the deal in place. He said: “We are pleased to announce our partnership with Sussex CCC in a sponsorship agreement that is based on a mutual love of cricket and the same shared values of history, family and success.
“We look forward to the 2014 season and being part of the Sussex County Cricket Club family.”
The coming season will see a change to the short-form game as it is rebranded to the NatWest T20 Blast with most games taking place on Friday evenings. The Sharks will be hoping to start their season with a blast against rivals Surrey at the BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground in Hove on Friday, 16th May.
Sussex’s Chief Executive Zac Toumazi says it’s important to welcome new sponsors, as well as sustaining links with current partners. He stated: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Jointing Technologies to the Sussex Family as our new major partner. It is crucial that as well as maintaining fruitful relationships with our existing sponsors that we continue to attract new businesses and organisations to be involved at Sussex.
“With the new layout of fixtures this season it makes for an eagerly anticipated NatWest T20 Blast season, particularly with most of the games being played on Friday evening as a prelude to the cricketing weekend, so we’re really looking forward to welcoming Jointing Technologies to sample the unique atmosphere of a full-house under the lights here at Hove.
“I am sure that this will signify the start of a long and meaningful relationship.”
