Blue Mango’s extravagant launch; jewellery designer Jeremy Hoye reveals new collection
Blue Mango’s launch party
Brighton Marina had a taste of the exotic as Blue Mango marked its opening with an extravagant launch party on Tuesday 25 November.
Special guests from across Brighton gathered at the newly opened Indian Restaurant and Bar to celebrate the launch. Hosting a three course buffet meal, which boasted the culinary skills of Head Chef Rakesh Kumar, VIPs and business owners enjoyed live entertainment throughout the night with the opportunity to handle a live Burmese Cobra, be stunned into silence by a table magician, and enthralled by the moves of a sensational local belly dancer.
Blue Mango Brighton is the second restaurant to be opened under the emerging chain, which has already received rave reviews from diners. Guests at the event were bowled over by their experience and enjoyed one-to-one discussions with Rakesh and his team about their traditional cooking techniques and secret blends of herbs and spices, as they tasted various dishes from the restaurant’s incredible menu.
One guest commented: “This is certainly an Indian restaurant that delivers a quality of food unmatched in the local area. I will be coming here for a special treat as often as possible.”
Mukesh Driver, General Manager of Blue Mango Brighton, said; “We are so pleased to mark the opening of our new restaurant here in Brighton with such a fantastic launch party. Our guests were extremely excited about what Blue Mango will be offering and we are also incredibly excited about our future here in Brighton Marina.”
Blue Mango Brighton is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and a full takeaway option is available with 20% discount on all orders.
