The Boy With Tape On His Face
Filled to the brim with wonder and ingenuity. This was comedy nourishment with warmth, joyful happiness and inspiration, so much more than a mute comic. He incorporated brilliant facial expressions, improvised puppetry, music and a snow globe – with an inspired courtship and truly delightful bubbly crescendo. The Boy brought us to a Tim Burton-esque world of musical punctuation, choreographed moments of uproarious laughter and charming quiet sweetness. Rejuvenating and invigorating, The Boy With Tape On His Face should be prescribed on the NHS. He cured all ills.
