New boutique Salisbury Apartments available with Mishon Mackay

Hot on the success of Palmeira Plaza, Mishon Mackay New Homes is delighted to present Salisbury Apartments – the latest high-end, super cool development of boutique city apartments to launch in central Hove. There are only nine available – including a single one bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments – created by one of Brighton’s award-winning developers.

Each has been carefully designed, and each is individual. Some have balconies, some have two bathrooms, while others have roof terraces, but all have beautifully crafted finishes and heaps of style. From the glass entrance door to the sleek foyer with its cool mosaic wall, to the hotel-style common ways with sumptuous carpets, trendy steel handrails and softly lit landings, Salisbury Apartments looks as good outside the apartment doors as inside. Even the post boxes have been chosen with care, in a dark chocolate to harmonise with the shades of cream, mocha and grey that have been used throughout the common ways. There is a lift to all floors and all apartments have colour video entry systems.

All apartments have high quality timber floors to living rooms, neutral carpet to sleeping areas, and attractive bathrooms with storage and lit mirrors. The cream high gloss handleless kitchen units have been selected by Design Interiors of Hove. Induction hobs set into the stone worktops create a sleek line, complemented in several apartments by designer pendant lighting. There is underfloor heating throughout, which adds to the sleek feel, and the soft light from the downlighters creates a really welcoming ambiance. Each has already been decorated in shades of cream, so buyers can just move in and start enjoying.

Despite the luxury, these beautiful spaces are designed with low running costs in mind. The exceptionally high EPCs promise low energy consumption and low carbon emissions. The common way lighting is assisted by a solar panel, which in turn has produced surprisingly low service charges – around £700 per annum on average. The eco-friendly ethos is continued outside – there is a large secure bike store, plus an area which could be used to park scooters or motor bikes. This is a car-free development, but there is a multitude of transport options nearby – buses to all parts of the city, a taxi rank, a car club and of course the growing number of cycle paths.

Salisbury Apartments is just to the north of Palmeira Square, and therefore is just moments from Hove’s finest shopping, dining and leisure. The beach is a few minute’s walk away, and Hove Station just a short stroll. Ideal therefore for commuting professional couples, those looking to downsize, or those who just want city apartment living at its finest.
The ground floor is occupied by two private health-care practices, an arrangement that has proved very popular with apartment residents in recent years.

Prices range from £225,000 for the one bedroom, to £350,000 for one of
the penthouses. All are ready now. Please call Mishon Mackay New Homes 01273 829300 for a viewing appointment or brochure and full details, or email newhomes@mishonmackay.com
