An Eligible Man

Following the death of his wife, Judge Castlemain’s life is empty. Void of happiness and purpose. By chance three women enter his life; Sally the lodger/writer, Lady Jo a fellow judge and Lucille the vivacious friend. This newfound attention is appealing, however all three relationships are getting serious and he needs to make a decision. Does he nurture his literary/cultural side with Sally, intellect/class common-ground with Lady Jo or cave into his carnal desires with Lucille. Plus sort out his pregnant daughter Poppy!!! This was a terrific piece of theatre, a great cast all round and brilliant yet subtle script/plot. A joy.
