Somnambules & the 7 Deadly Sins

Despite the summer heat, the Nightingale Theatre came to life with a dynamic performance that blew everyone away.

The concept of fusing dance and physical theatre is not an easy task, but Tanya Khabarova and Yael Karavan made it look easy as they portrayed the seven deadly sins in the form of a twisted game show with splendid lighting and music complementing the show. A little more daring moves and a couple more lighting effects would have made it perfect though.

This Edinburgh preview was certainly worth seeing.
