The Ote Park Monthly Prize Draw will be drawn at the end of each month, and the lucky winner will be notified and receive their prizes within 30 days. What’s more, if you reserve a beautiful new three- or four-bedroom home at Ote Park before the end of September, the Bloor Homes team will be delighted to welcome you into this stunning community with this fabulous selection of goodies. With excellent schemes on offer, including FirstBuy, first-time buyers can move into the home of their dreams at Ote Park from as little as £223,960.
Since the launch of Ote Park in January this year, Bloor Homes has been winning local hearts and minds with their strong community focus.
From visiting Burgess Hill’s Manor Field Primary School to educate children on the process of building a Bloor Home, to pledging support to Burgess Hill Football Club with a series of donations towards new kit – the family-owned developer is making a visible difference to the local community. What’s more, Bloor Homes is also working with Burgess Hill Museum to showcase a rare collection of archaeological artefacts found at the site.
Andrea of Bloor Homes explained why the developer has such a strong community ethos:
“As a family-owned developer, we’re committed to doing more for the areas in which we work. From supporting local schools, to sponsoring our local football team – and offering great rewards like the Ote Park Monthly Prize Draw – we’re always looking for new ways to give something back to our local community.”
