Brighton’s 24-hour Paintathon

The highly acclaimed international artist David Freud, son of the great Lucian Freud and Great Grandson of Sigmund Freud, will paint non-stop for 24 hours in support of the life-changing work of A Band of Brothers, in a fantastic fundraiser at The Thistle Hotel Brighton on Friday 15 March.

The sittings will last approximately four hours over the 24-hour period
with the lucky bidders taking home their very own Freud portrait with a potential ‘today’ value of over £20’000.

The Grand Gala starts at 7.30pm and includes music from Rupert Cobb of Hazardous Funk, and top class comedy. There will be inspirational speakers to warm your souls, including the world class Richard Olivier. Then it’s the Grand Auction which is now online at www.15thMarch.com. The auction then takes place live from 9pm with something for everyone from Teeth Whitening to ISO Certification.

This promises to be a night to remember and will be topped of with music and dancing from special guest artists. Help a Band of Brothers raise some much needed cash and have a fantastic night at the same time.

Visit their website to see more about their work. Then visit www.15thMarch.com and be part of it. Buy tickets, donate an auction lots, bid on your portrait by David Freud, sponsor David, or sponsor the event…

A mentor and mentee will be on BBC Radio’s Woman’s Hour 10am, Tuesday 5 March, plus an interview with David Freud and mentor and mentee will be on South East TV news at 6.30pm on Tuesday 5 March.
