Catherine Taylor of Healys LLP celebrates Brighton Pride

Pride put the party back in Brighton on Saturday 3 August 2013. As many of you will know, this is a major annual event within the city and a time when everyone can don their glad rags and celebrate in style. Luckily enough the beautiful weather we had been enjoying of late continued through the weekend and allowed the event to take place in true style.
Pride takes place in cities all over the world in places as diverse as Johannesburg and Jerusalem and is a well attended event.

Brighton Pride is considered to be the biggest and the best Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Festival in the UK and is believed to attract around 100,000 people from around the world each year. Some of the big names included in this year’s event were Miss Dynamite, Alison Moyet, Paloma Faith and former X-Factor contestant Lucy Spraggan.

We at Healys LLP hope that all of you who attended the glamorous event had a fantastic time. We enjoyed watching the parade and loved the atmosphere but for us it was back to work on Monday for all of our clients and those who may need our help in respect of any family matters.
