Romesh Ranganathan – Rom Com

Watching Romesh Ranganathan in his element is a comic joy to behold. On his home turf with his brother close at hand as a useful whipping boy, we not only got the Edinburgh award-nominated show, packed full of rapid-fire punchlines and attitude, we also tucked into some marvellously random tangents that really flexed and showed off Ranganathan’s familiar compering skills. The room was sold out, news having just been announced that our host is to be a regular on TV’s ‘Stand Up For The Week’, and you can bet your road-savvy kitty that next time around the room will be bigger and we won’t have a chance to tuck into such an cosily enjoyable gig. We the lucky few – roared with laughter. Cheers mate.
