Residential property – an ever changing market

Brighton & Hove Estate Agents Association invited members and guests to a seminar on ‘Residential Property – An Ever Changing Market’ held in the Spen Cama Pavilion at the BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground home of Sussex County Cricket Club on 14 November 2013.

Presentations were made about the benefits of Social Media marketing strategies for Estate Agents and Letting Agents and the use of property search engines.

Rix & Kay solicitors explored issues for helping solicitors and agents deal with Vendors and Landlords to improve their service by working through some basic guidelines such as leasehold and planning issues.

Montefiore Hospital Theatre Department Expansion
Since opening its doors 12 months ago, the Montefiore Hospital has grown and developed, welcoming an increasing number of patients every month. As a result, the hospital is in the process of expanding its Theatre Department, providing opportunities for qualified and experienced staff in the following roles; Theatre Scrub Practitioner, Operating Department Practitioner and Recovery Staff Nurse.

Potential applicants are invited to learn more about the roles at an open evening to be held at the hospital on Tuesday, December 10, 2013. The event will involve a tour of the state-of-the-art facility and an opportunity to meet the senior theatre team, who will speak in more detail about the opportunities that are available.

The hospital is part of Spire Healthcare, one of the leading providers of private healthcare in the country. Potential applicants are invited to drop in to the event at the Montefiore Hospital, 2 Montefiore Road, Hove, BN3 1RD, at any time between 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday, December 10th.
