Barratt Homes announces the release of three new bungalows at Ambers Rise, Eastbourne
Nick Boles, the Planning Minister has called for more bungalows to be built in order to allow older homebuyers to downsize and free up larger homes for younger families. Current planning rules have forced developers to adhere to at least 30 new dwellings per hectare and this has had a major impact on single storey builds with just 300 bungalows built in the UK in 2009.*
