Aladdin

Shoreham’s yearly pantomime sparkled with Christmas cheer for everyone. There was action, adventure and excitement with very traditional jokes one expects at this time of year.

Unfortunately, the majority of the show was full of technical hitches that seemed to throw the cast in the first half and the energy dropped. Thankfully it got back on track quickly in the second half with attack which was desperately needed at the beginning.

Highlights included the perfect match of Peter Willoughby and Jessica Hathaway as Aladdin and Princess Jasmine as well as a rather strong genie from ten year old Spencer Owen.
