Anton Du Beke – Ballroom to Broadway

Big chinned, cheeky chappy, Anton Du Beke, presented a crowd-pleasing evening of old-fashioned song, dance and laughter. The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ favourite sang, cracked jokes, slipped over during one number and cracked a joke about his stumble but mostly Anton, his partners and the ensemble cast danced divinely. With a voice much stronger than Anton’s and bags of personality, actress and dancer Summer Strallen stole the show with a saucy performance of ‘All That Jazz’.  Live music came from the London Concert Orchestra and this was a fun night for fans of the golden age of musical theatre.
