New year, new branch for Fox & Sons

Fox & Sons have opened a new lettings department at their office in Preston Park. With this they welcome their new Lettings Manager Dan Taylor who will head up this division and is tasked with developing it into a major presence in the town. Our Preston Park Lettings office is part of 3 dedicated lettings branches covering Brighton.
Dan knows the Preston Park area very well and has many years’ experience in letting properties, which puts him in good stead for taking on this new position and offering advice on lettings, property management, investment opportunities, buy to let and building a portfolio.

Commenting, Dan said, “I’m really looking forward to this new challenge. The lettings market in Preston Park is buoyant at the moment and there is massive potential to develop this division. I have a great team around me and we’ve already had a busy start, so I’ve had to hit the ground running.”

Dan went on to say, “One of the reasons I joined Fox & Sons was because of its excellent support operation, which provides speedy and accurate help and information to our landlords and tenants.
