The Treason Show

The 15th anniversary show of The Treason Show once again exceeded expectations. The humour was sharper than before, and the topics more controversial – from Dolly Parton’s appearance at Glastonbury via the appropriately named song ‘Miming’, to Isis and the Taliban and of course the Royal Family.

What particularly stood out was the way each sketch was energetically presented; it reminded us audience of people like Harry Hill and Morecambe and Wise. But the real highlight was a hilarious tribute to Tony Hancock in the sketch ‘The Sperm Bank’. Again, brilliantly timed and well executed.
