Hen Heaven’s ‘Here Comes the Bride’
Party planners from leading hen weekend organisers Henheaven.co.uk, based on Queens Road, took part in their annual fundraising bridal walk on Saturday 30 August.

Starting from the Smugglers Rest in Peacehaven, the brides braved the temperamental weather and began the six-mile walk along the coastal path to the West Pier. Guys and girls wore wedding dresses supplied by South Coast Costumes, and collected money along the way for the Rockinghorse children’s charity.

Onlookers and passers-by were very supportive of the team and donated generously. The walk took just over two and a half hours to complete, and raised over £2,200. Hen Heaven would like to say a particularly big thank you to ADONIS Cabaret for donating a huge £1,000 to the cause!
