Emerging restaurant chain Blue Mango is proud to finally open its doors.

The new restaurant offers fine Indian cuisine to 150 diners at a time, as well as providing 50 new employment opportunities to the local area.

Blue Mango Brighton stars a team of experienced chefs lead by head chef Rakesh Kumar, who is known for creating his own special secret spices. With dishes prepared like works of art, the new menu will tempt diners in a setting of plush leather booths and luxury decor. An eclectic cocktail and wine list has been designed to perfectly match the flavours of the comprehensive menu, and diners will have the opportunity to experience authentic Indian cuisine.

Raman Prasad, General Manager of Blue Mango Brighton, said: “Every city needs to be able to experience high quality Indian cuisine, cooked and crafted by experienced chefs with knowledge and skills of recipes from across the whole of India.”

The restaurant is now open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, providing customers with an original Indian dining experience from their arrival to their table.

The new menu is quite unique, offering an authentic taste of India with a mix of dishes that will give customers an extensive choice, and appease even those who are shy of a little spice.
