Council chiefs warn Brighton businesses of town hall funding cuts

Town hall bosses have warned business leaders of a “difficult financial future” for local authorities.

The comments came as Brighton and Hove City Council chief executive Penny Thompson took the rare step of addressing firms about the issue.
