Tormenta Flamenca

This was a show which could have been a resounding success, or failure. All due to the fact that a brave choice was made to fuse traditional flamenco with blues music. Ana Duenas Leon and Ollie Giffin brought the stage to life with passionate singing and dancing, accompanied by extremely skilled musicians. Although there were occasions when this fusion didn’t settle as well as it could have, this dynamic company knew how to transport an audience into a completely different world of passion, fire and enchantment. Sharp, clean lines of movement and firm stamping inspired all watching.
