Brighton and Hove city council’s budget plans for 2016/17 revealed

Town hall spending plans for the coming year have been revealed.

Central to Brighton and Hove CIty Council’s plans is a four per cent council tax rise.

But Labour leaders say they have no option but to still make 20 million pounds of savings.
