Bane 3

Performer and writer Joe Bone’s film noir tough guy protagonist Bruce Bane makes his third appearance with pace and pathos. He’s been through the mill, with the exciting chase sequence that opens the show leaving our antihero at his lowest ebb. There’s a darkness not present in the previous installments of this franchise, that leads him to become a tragic figure, losing it all, winning the prize and destined to lose it all again. Bone’s nuanced performance brings drama, tragedy, comedy and most of all incredible detail to every aspect and is bountifully rich for it. His enjoyment of his performance is palpable, and the warmth for the show shared by every audience member from start to finish.
