British Airways i360: What an exciting week

This week is set to be one of the most incredible of my entire career as the hotly anticipated British Airways i360 will be opening its doors to the public!
We have an exciting week of events planned: on Monday night, the One Show will reveal our view for the first time to around 4 million viewers! We will be hosting many preview media flights from news, travel, architectural and international journalists from TV, newspapers, radio, magazines and bloggers. On Wednesday we will welcome key stakeholders and supporters.
After a live broadcast on Thursday morning of the Heart Sussex breakfast show from the pod, we will open our doors to the first members of the public on the flight with competition winners from ten regional newspapers. On Thursday night this will culminate with a spectacular community event with fireworks and a lighting display on the British Airways i360 tower to launch the attraction. The colourful display, lasting approximately 15 minutes, will take place at 10pm and can be viewed from Brighton beach.

Tickets will also be on sale for people to watch from British Airways i360’s boarding deck overlooking the beach, offering a close up view of the display, with tickets costing just £5. For more information visit BritishAirwaysi360.com/fireworks
