Open Day Triumph: State of the art apartments

Luxury marina apartments snapped up

Scores of luxury apartments within the iconic development at Brighton Marina were sold and let during a hugely successful open day recently. More than 850 new apartments are being built across 11 towers within the marina and local property specialist Leaders is acting as the sole sales agent for the scheme.

Its marina-based branch hosted the open day on Saturday 16th July and was delighted to welcome more than 500 prospective buyers, investors and tenants. A number of properties have already been reserved as a result of the event and discussions are taking place with many more prospective buyers and tenants. Greg Hall, branch manager at Leaders in Brighton Marina, says: “The fact that more than 500 people attended the open day to enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the new development underlines the incredible amount of interest this project has generated in the local area.

“Many of the apartments offer breathtaking sea views, as well as designer kitchens, sleek and stylish interiors and access to a concierge service. Quite simply, these properties are the finest waterside homes available anywhere in the UK right now.

“We were thrilled to be able to sell and let so many new homes as a direct result of the open day and only a small number of properties from the initial phase of the development remain available.”

The open day on 16th July was the first time full access to both of the first two towers to be completed has been granted to the public. Greg adds: “The development has captured the imagination and hearts of a wide range of people in Brighton, the rest of the UK and beyond. From those who see it as their dream home to others seeking a second property as well as shrewd buy-to-let investors, the state of the art apartments tick all the boxes.”
