Let us run the risk for you and guarantee your rent every single month. We also can guarantee that you receive the property back in the same condition we received it in, and that there will not be any administrative burdens you have to face every time the tenancy changes.

Our scheme costs each tenant £20 a month to join. They must take out tenant liability insurance to signal their good intentions.

We then include utility bills (including broadband) in their rent to avoid any check out headaches, and offer them fortnightly cleaning and gardening services if applicable to ensure your property is well looked after.

Of course, we do all the managing of your property for you, so you can relax knowing it is in a safe pair of hands.

Our scheme is great news for tenants too.

They receive a cash back from their rent at the end of their tenancy, pay less fees, and receive more services to make their life easier and their home easier to manage.

As the property is let to them on a bills inclusive basis they save time and the hassle of collecting the money each quarter to pay for their utilities. The cleaning and gardening service we offer means their home is more comfortable and easier to maintain.

The cost of letting is also reduced. We take a lower security deposit (one month rent as a deposit), and we guarantee that this will be returned as long as there is no damage to the property. We also waive check out fees (typically £40 per person), tenancy referencing fees (typically £25 per person), and we make a 10% reduction on any other administrative fees.

As long as the rent has been paid on time we reward tenants with 10% cash back from the first month rent, paid at the end of their tenancy.
