Musicians Honoured with sea of Blue Plaques

Mike Reid, the Broadcaster and author/songwriter, visited Brighton today, and as chair of the British Plaque Trust talked about the new plaques that have been put up to honour musicians (as part of BBC Music Day initiative).

These include the recent Abba plaque; a David Bowie one unveiled in Maidstone in June, and one in Cosham for songwriter Jimmy Kennedy who wrote Harbour Lights.
