Find your inner creative with Brighton Digital Festival
One of Britain’s biggest digital festivals starts this week and runs for four weeks with a line-up of 120 events taking place across Brighton and Hove.
You can immerse yourself in all things digital at a range of events including conferences, exhibitions, workshops and small meet-ups.
This year’s festival – which is the seventh of its kind – runs from Thursday 14th September to Friday 13th October.
Some picks for this year’s festival include:
SheSays: Save The World! is taking place on September 21st at Sallis Benny Theatre. It’s a networking event , with three speakers: who will be talking about the impact they are making in their bid to change the world.
Coding Workshops being hosted by codebar throughout the festival including ones especially for young people aged between 6 – 16.
3D Terrarium workshops being arranged by Miniature and Moss. At the workshop you get scanned by a 3D printer and a mini you is printed which you can then put into the terrarium you create in order to house your replica.
If you can’t decide which events to go to, manager of Brighton Digital Festival, Laurence Hill, said he recommends grabbing a drink and sitting down for a good browse!
