The Noise Next Door’s Comedy Lock-In
Local Brighton lads “The Noise Next Door” began their show asking punters for examples of bad things to do. Provocative ideas including punching a dwarf and naming a child Sphincter, were then skillfully woven in to an improv rap causing raucous laughter. The troupe consists of Charlie Granville, Matt Grant, Tom Livingstone and Sam Pacelli. What they lacked in imitating accents, they made up for with good humour. Any lapses were quickly obscured by funnier material.
Randomly selecting a punter’s text messages and making a sketch about family ice skating was comic gold. Guest comics Pippa Evans and Keith Farnan held their own in this fast-paced improv show.
