Stage: Creative Learning at the Theatre Royal Brighton

It may well be closing in on panto season, a scary thought for some of us, but it’s never too soon to introduce youngsters to the creative world of live theatre. In a world dominated by digital arts we may well have turned our attention away from the fact that digital arts must be fed by human interaction: for as long as man has needed to be entertained live performance has fuelled almost every subsequent entertainment format, where after all would cinema and TV be without theatre?

At the Theatre Royal Brighton, in addition to their fabulous productions on stage, their Creative Learning programme offers a whole host of exciting, unusual and engaging workshops and events off-stage for children, young people and families.

Stories with Skip
Stories with Skip is a perfect introduction to Theatre Royal Brighton for little ones. Stories, songs, puppets, games and LOTS of joining in!

Skip’s After School Club
Skip’s After School Club is a friendly, fun and informal: each themed session including drama & craft activities and a look on stage.
Ages 6 – 10 yrs. Tickets £7.50 per session Wednesdays 4pm – 5.30pm
