12 months have passed since H2O opened their doors in Brighton Marina’s Octagon Square. And just what a busy 12 months it’s been for business partners Mark and Linda.
With over 25 years’ experience of selling and managing property in Brighton Marina between them it wasn’t exactly as if either were newcomers on the block, and over the past year they have been able to establish H2O as one of the best Brighton Marina property agencies.

A marina location has always been attractive to young professional buyers, London-based or working from home, an important plus being the good connections to the capital’s main airports and the security offered in the marina village. What a busy 12 months it’s been

Always a favourite destination for buyers from outside the area, whether for a main home, holiday home or investment property, Brighton Marina is set to remain so with huge ongoing further investment agreed, including an iconic 40 storey luxury residential tower, groundwork on which has already started.
The approved new development will provide a further 853 flats in total, some of which are to be affordable homes. Large commercial spaces will also be offered to cater for the new residents and attract even more visitors to the marina. Within this phase of development there will additional parking.
Phase 1 has already been completed together with a new floating Yacht Club in the marina, a brand new facility for the RNLI and some additional commercial space. The remaining 9 buildings are to be sited on a piled platform above the existing Spending Beach at the entrance to the harbour.
These ongoing improvements and new developments have helped ensure a steady demand for all types of properties at Brighton Marina, and with properties ranging from one bedroom studio apartments to 5 bedroom townhouses with their own moorings, there is something to appeal to everyone.
