Hammer Home: Survey, mortgage and chain free cash buyers all waiting to buy your property now!

psb-auctions

If you would like to immediately sell to a chain-, survey- and mortgage-free cash buyer at full market value and complete prior to the end of 2017, then this is your last chance to include your property within the next and last auction of a record-breaking year for the Parsons Son & Basley auction team.

From the recent auctions they have held they have consistently achieved exacting prices on behalf of their clients, many of which exceeded the reserve figures by considerable amounts.

At their auctions Parsons Son & Basley really do only sell to the type of buyer as mentioned above so if you are fed up with your sale failing to materialise, due to amongst other reasons chains continually breaking down, then a sale by auction is the answer.

Amongst their many achievements during 2017 says auctioneer Simon Caplin: “We showed one of our buyers over a property at 2.30pm on an afternoon, whereupon they offered an amount considerably higher than the anticipated reserve figure that was immediately accepted by our client. Contracts were exchanged at 5pm the same afternoon and the sale completed 28 days later.

Consistently achieved exacting prices

“We sold a large mixed residential and commercial building in West Sussex from a reserve of £300,000 for £403,000.

“We auctioned a small terraced house in Brighton whereupon from a reserve of £180,000 the hammer went down at £240,000 with 87 bids in total having been received!

“Earlier on in the year, and with their undiluted desire to purchase a particular property fully evident, one buyer paid an additional £80,000 on top of what would have been the reserve amount simply to buy and secure their purchase prior to the auction.

“A garage in the centre of Brighton from a guide price of £80,000 to £90,000 sold for £212,000.

“These are just small examples of some of the many prices Parsons Son & Basley have been able to achieve for their clients from cash buyers who not only offer immediate exchange of contracts but whilst doing so allow them to achieve selling prices over and above expectation and market value and in many cases, by significant amounts.”
