Derelict building could help solve Brighton’s homeless crisis

A house on Wellington road has been suggested as a shelter for Brighton’s rough sleepers.

With all it’s empty rooms Brightonians have been asking if this can help in any way.

Jim Deans, a charity worker who was previously homeless, was there to prompt the question.
