During their auction on 28 February auctioneer Simon Caplin offered a three car driving experience at a race track of the winning bidders choosing, including the much famed Brands Hatch – very generously donated by 3J’s Surveyors and Acumen People, a local firm of solicitors in Hove. Cars available on the day includes a Ferrari California, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Lamborghini, Audi R8 and Jaguar F Type. From a starting price of £100, the donation sold for an astonishing £300, much to the delight of The Clock Tower Sanctuary, Parsons Son and Basley’s chosen charity. Natalia Borg from the charity was personally in attendance to watch events unfold.

“The Clock Tower Sanctuary provide help and shelter for the homeless in Brighton & Hove and noting the artic weather conditions at the moment, it was particularly poignant that the proceeds went to such a wonderful cause,” said Simon. “We will be choosing a different charity for each of our auctions this year as part of our ongoing support for all charities across Sussex.”
