Chatfield Close Show Home: Oakley & Gold Developments working together
Oakley Property are thrilled to be opening the doors on an amazing new show home within their latest new homes project at Chatfield Close, Cooksbridge.
There is some history to the village as it is believed it took its name from the Cooks who fed the soldiers of Simon de Montfort from the bridge on their way to the battle of Lewes in 1264. The troops came from nearby Fletching, where they spent the night in prayer on their way to defeat King Henry III.
Chatfield Close is a collection of beautifully appointed family homes created by Gold Property Developments to compliment the local surroundings. The houses are to be finished to extremely high standards with particular attention to modern lifestyle, offering flexible living spaces with an open plan ground floor, ideal for entertaining. There are 27 houses in total with a selection of three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties available. Each of the houses has its own allocated parking and landscaped rear garden.
David Beaken, a Director at Oakley New Homes, commented; “This has been a really exciting project to work on. The first thing you notice is how open the site is, there is so much more space than you would expect when driving past and with open fields to one side there is a fantastic outlook.”
