The Wildhearts

I fell in love with The Wildhearts 21 years ago. So while thrilled to review them live, I am conscious I may be a somewhat biased critic. Because, and I am reminded of this as I look around the Concorde 2’s utter sweat pit of smiling faces on a muggy August evening, The Wildhearts don’t just have fans, they have a huge, unruly, stick-with-them-come-what-may family. And tonight they treated their family to glorious melodies, immense sound and an absolutely brilliant show. Dear Wildhearts, you best stick around for at least another 21!
