The Magic Gang
Nominated for Best New Artist at the NME Awards, the guitar-based band played a mix of songs – some with a hint of R n B, others that would be equally at home in the 60s and each one the home crowd knew every word to. They had a great stage presence and it was a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish. Despite being a sold-out gig in a venue with a capacity of 500+ they still managed to create a feeling of intimacy – something often difficult to achieve. I would definitely recommend getting a ticket to see them.
