Latest TV Presenter, Yael Breuer, speaks to the Chief Executive Officer of the Forward Facing charity, Candice Konig, and fundraiser, Luke Tyler, about a unique walking challenge. On Sunday, August 16, 15 walkers, including three children, took on the 28.2 mile challenge to raise money for Brighton based charity Forward Facing. Candice Konig said: “The mammoth walk wasn’t just about raising money. It was also to raise awareness about what our charity does for families whose children are living with long-term or life-limiting conditions or those who have suffered bereavement or hardship”. Brighton resident and walk leader, Luke Tyler, 40, who suffers from a long-term back condition had three weeks to arrange this event due to Covid19 restrictions. Yael finds out more.
