Once a month St Anne’s Centre in Kemptown host Haircuts 4 Homeless a London based charity that is helping rebuilding self-esteem by giving free haircuts to homeless people. A simple gesture that makes a huge difference in the life of the less fortunates. Quoting from their website, IT MAY BE “JUST A HAIRCUT”, BUT IT’S THE KINDNESS SHOWN THAT MAKES A HOMELESS PERSON KNOW THAT PEOPLE REALLY CARE.
