GreenMan in Brighton

It might not be news as such…. but it keeps Brighton Weird 😉 Amongst the visitors, this season is an original, or would-be original, generally known by the appellation of ‘The Green Man’. The Omnium Gatherum, 1809. The eccentric Englishman, Henry Cope aka The Green Man of Brighton, seems to have found his way back through Artist Dotty, casually spotted on 7 Dials roundabout. Henry’s ghost is one of many said to haunt the Bramshill House. The Green Man was a student of Lincoln’s Inn, his mental faculties deranged by intense study, others said that he had lost his wits over his love for a beautiful woman. Will Artist Dotty (www.instagram.com/artistdotty/) also be remembered as the GreenMan of Brighton? History will tell.
