Neil Butler from Dandelion – The Project Teaching People to Sow and Grow Their Own Food!

Yael Breuer interviews Neil Butler from Dandelion. The project looks at food poverty and climate change, working to teach people across Scotland to grow and sow their own food. There are roughly 200 schools involved, in addition to 12 unexpected gardens in urban and industrial areas, coming together at the end to hold a harvest festival and cook meals with the food they’ve grown.
