Table Talk Foundation are back with Sussex Showcase Food Week!
Latest’s Andrew Kay talks to Daniel Wade from the Table Talk Foundation about Sussex Showcase – a week-long series of collaboration dinners featuring the best chefs from Sussex and around the world that includes chefs (with 11 Michelin stars combined), two Great British Menu winners, one MasterChef: The Professionals winner, and one MasterChef judge.
The event runs from the 6th to the 12 of March and takes place in top restaurants around the county.
The events are being held to raise vital funds for the Table Talk Foundation – a UK charity that provides the resources and opportunities necessary for children to develop healthy eating habits and for the hospitality industry to thrive.
Chefs involved include; Matt Abe from Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Three Michelin Stars ***, alongside resident Executive Chef at Gravetye Manor, George Blogg One Michelin Star *. Nick Bril of The Jane, Two Michelin Stars ** with resident chef at Interlude Jean Delport One Michelin Star *. Chef Tom Shepherd Upstairs, One Michelin Star * and resident chef Matt Gillan GBM winner at Heritage. Chef Nick Beardshaw from Kerridge’s Bar & Grill will join resident chef Steven Edwards MasterChef the Professionals winner at etch. Chef and MasterChef judge Anna Haugh of Myrtle, and MasterChef judge and resident chef at 64 Degrees Michael Bremner GBM winner. Chef Greg Clarke and resident Chef Ali Munro at Wild Flor. Chef Tom Barnes of L’Enclume, Three Michelin Stars *** and resident chef Ben Wilkinson at The Pass.
