Juergen Krauss’  gentle charm, ambitious flavours and scientific know-how, captured audiences’ hearts on the hit TV show. Now, drawing on the flavours and techniques of his childhood home in the Black Forest in Germany, Juergen’s new book, German Baking, is out -featuring both sweet and savoury bakes and providing a perfect way to celebrate German baking at home. Yael Breuer interviewed Juergen at the Latest TV studio.
