Trans awareness campaigner Katie Yeomans on her transition

There are nearly 3,000 people identifying as trans living in Brighton and Hove.

But many are still afraid of discrimination, abuse and social isolation.

One person who is leading the way is trans awareness campaigner Katie Yeomans.
