The Orb

The Orb’s 25th anniversary celebration can only be described as musical alchemy. From the moment the duo appeared on stage, the sell out crowd were swept away on a jubilant melodic journey of epic proportions. Commencing with debut album ‘Adventures Beyond The Ultraworld’, the musical wizards promptly had a legion of loyal fans bouncing to the high energy, uplifting ambient house music that they are renowned for. Part two showcased their new album ‘Chill Out World’, which has less psychedelic influence than their early material, offering a harder, upfront sound – while still retaining some of the old Orb magic. After 25 years in the business their exceptional and unique talent is still beyond compare.
