Just 28 days later, Sue lost 6kg of fat, and nearly 4cms off her waist by using a tried and tested combination of Kettlebell classes and an easy to follow eating plan.

In the classes Sue burnt up to 1,000 calories per session, thanks to the innovative exercises, which increase in difficulty as the programme progresses. “You’ll start at a low intensity, learning new moves each week. Classes are fun and mixed, held at both ZT Fitness in Hove and Varndean School in Brighton,” says programme leader Christian Vila.

The food plan is clearly laid out, with one session per week dedicated to talking about how to eliminate toxins from your diet to achieve super-fast fat loss which stays off. This is a weight loss and fitness programme unlike any other in Brighton and Hove.
