Seven Brides For Seven Brothers

Though the Worthing Musical And Comedy Society are ostensibly amateur, in truth I’ve seen worse so-called professional productions. ‘Amateur’ derives from the latin ‘amat’ meaning ‘to love or lover of’ and you could certainly feel the love the cast has for performing and for this particular production. There were bags of energy (maintained throughout), some great choreography and strong performances from the principle performers. Some of the supporting cast were a bit wooden and there were some annoying mic issues which did subtract from enjoying it more. All that said I for one came out with a smile on my face. YEEEEEHAAA!!!!!!

I m glad you enjoyed ‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers’.
As far as the ‘mics’ are concerned- they are the responibility of the Profession people that the Society employ for run of the show.
No doubt the problem was solved for the next show
