The Four Farces
“A hilarious evening of Victorian one-act farces” was promised and was duly delivered. The three cast members brilliantly executed an evening of theatre from subject matter so daft and implausible they could only be the plots of farces. Mistaken identity, cross dressing, a dual……. in the dark, throw in some bawdy innuendo to the mix and what came out was a charming, highly energetic and professional piece of theatre. It was also nice to see a cast really enjoying each others’ company on the stage, fizzing off one another and playing with the roles to great effect. Even a collapsing set couldn’t dampen the spirits. Wonderfully ridiculous!!!!!
