African Night Fever – Congo Dia Ntotila

Black History Month kicked off with a bang with this fantastic night at the Ropetackle which got everyone not only informed about African culture and lifestyle, but excited about fantastic upbeat and lively music played. Not only did Congo Dia Ntotila have a great fusion of Rhumba and traditional African, but the interactive dance lessons and historical aspects that were portrayed through beautiful lyrics were engaging and inspired all involved.

But the real highlight was that no one needed persuading to get on the dance floor! This was a real union of different cultures from all over the world, not just Brighton. A band that was certainly not to be missed!
